How quickly can you get to me in Kastoria?

What is core drilling and when do I need it?
It is drilling through concrete with a diamond core bit, producing a perfectly round hole with no percussion. You need it for plumbing and drainage routes, air conditioning, ventilation, stove or fireplace flues, and for concrete sampling.
Will concrete cutting damage the building?
Diamond cutting with a blade or wire saw transmits no vibration into the structure. Openings in load-bearing elements always require a structural engineer's design and approval. We carry out the work in accordance with it.
Do you cover apartment buildings and commercial premises?
Yes. We work with building managers, restaurants, hotels and businesses both for emergency call-outs and for scheduled preventive maintenance of drainage networks, grease traps and manholes.
Do you provide a receipt or invoice?
Always. A legal receipt or invoice is issued for every job, which you can use for building management accounts or as a business expense.
